Here's some more useful information about us
1. How and when is the risograph delivered?
We know how important it is to get a product fast and in optimal conditions. We prepare an order within maximum 2 days, and we will send it flat and well preserved in an envelope and properly cushioned on a corresponding rugged box.
2. When will I receive it?
Although it does not depend on us, we estimate the following:
Standard delivery time inside Germany is within 2-4 days. It may take 1 week within Europe, and about 2-4 weeks on average to the rest of the world. You may track your shipment only for local deliveries (within Germany)
3. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! and we are happy to do so.
4. How can I pay?
If you have a Paypal account then it's pretty straightforward. If you wish to pay directly by credit or debit card, you can use Stripe.
This service does not require an account and it's safe, free and simple to use.
5. Will the print look exactly the way it does on the website?
No, and that's the beauty of it! That is due to the uniqueness of the Risograph printing method. There is a certain degree of unpredictability in the process. The result is a unique copy, even among the same limited set.
6. What is a Risograph Print?
Risograph is a japanese printer/printing process, a stencil duplicator that combines the best of digital and traditional print. It achieves a hand-made look and texture with the efficiency of a modern printer and little impact to our environment. You can think of it as a blend between screen printing and photocopying. The Riso prints one color at a time in bright, vibrant colors and uses a soybean oil-based ink that does not contain a drying agent.
7. Can I return it?
Of course, but we really do hope you love it and keep it. Please write to us immediately so we can arrange the return.
8. Can I commision work?
Sure! We would love to arrange a special art print if you wish so. Please contact us!
9. I´m an Artist, can I sell in your shop?
It would honor us. We are always looking for new talents that wish to incursionate in Risograph printing.
